The Regina Police Service has arrested a woman who was released from custody due to an administrative error. On Monday, the Government of Saskatchewan said 26-year-old Keleisha Jackson was placed in custody at Pine Grove Correctional Centre in Prince Albert. In June, the province announced that Jackson had been at large since March 19 after an administrative error at the Saskatchewan Hospital North Battleford Integrated Correctional Facility. The report is the latest in a string of incidents that have seen inmates being mistakenly released. Jackson was facing charges related to assault and confinement.
