FREEZING RAIN EXPECTED TUESDAY. A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM FROM ALBERTA WILL TRAVEL THROUGH SASKATCHEWAN BEGINNING TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT PERIOD TO EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING. THE MOST NOTABLE HAZARD WITH THIS SYSTEM WILL BE THE RISK OF A LARGE SWATH OF FREEZING RAIN, EXTENDING FROM THE ALBERTA BORDER WEST OF KINDERSLEY, SOUTH EAST THROUGH MOOSEJAW, AND TO THE US BORDER SOUTHEAST OF ESTEVAN. PARTICULARLY FOR THE SOUTHEASTERN AREAS AFFECTED BY THE FREEZING RAIN, THERE WILL BE STRONG WINDS DEVELOPING TUESDAY EVENING
