The Regina Police Service says it’s investigating a homicide after a body was discovered on College Avenue earlier this week. Officers were dispatched to a call for service on the 100 block of College Avenue at around 4:30 a.m. on Oct. 13. Those at the scene found the body of a man in the area. Officers secured the scene and called in personnel from the service’s major crimes and forensic identification units. Anyone in the Al Richie area, ranging from 15th to 17th Avenue and between Winnipeg and Harvey Street, is asked to reach out to investigators if they have video surveillance between the hours of 4 a.m. and 5 a.m. on Oct. 13. Any other information can be directed to RPS or submitted anonymously through Regina Crime Stoppers.
