The Regina Police Service (RPS) has charged a fourth person in relation to shooting that injured an 11-year-old girl early last month. Noah Pollock-Mayer, 18, has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 and failure to comply with a release order, according to a Regina police news release. He was arrested by RPS on Friday, Sept. 19. Pollock-Mayer made his first appearance in provincial court Monday morning. Over the course of the now six-week-long investigation, Regina police have charged Michael Mayer, 41, Anthony Nahbexie, 20, and Devon Nahbexie, 18, in connection to the shooting. All face charges of attempted murder and counts related to firearms and possession of stolen property. Police were initially called to a home on the 1000 block of Edgar Street shortly after 2 a.m. on Aug. 11. When officers arrived at the scene, they found an 11-year-old girl inside the home suffering from a gunshot wound. She was rushed to hospital with injuries described as serious. Investigators were able to determine that up to 20 shots were fired at the house – with police describing the shooting as “targeted.” The investigation is still considered ongoing. RPS encourages anyone with information related to the shooting to contact the service or submit a tip anonymously to Regina Crime Stoppers.
